There’s just so much to love about my recent visit to Phum Baitang in Cambodia.
Cooking with Chef Kim, learning how to make skewered beef, so yummy. The spacious rooms and seemingly endless rice fields. The sunset views – especially from the cigar and cocktail lounge. The quiet meditative gardens surrounding the spa.
And my little white bike. And basket. I loved biking to breakfast every morning. Riding along the quiet path – it took only a few seconds. I loved too the fresh fruit. The basket of breads. And eating chicken glass noodle soup for breakfast.
