Recently, Chef Ryan Orr and Sous Chef Kaelhub Cudmore ‘brought it’ (literally) to the Relais and Chateaux Maison in New York City.
For a joint culinary event with sister Relais & Chateau property, The Wickaninnish Inn, Chefs Orr and Cudmore carried with them the decadent-sourced-on-Vancouver Island shrimp, tuna and other delicacies served.
