Fresh Tomato Sauce
2 pints of cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic (chopped or whole)
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method: Add the oil to a large sautee pan turn to medium heat. Allow the garlic to infuse the olive oil and then add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Stew the tomatoes for 10 minutes and set aside. Yum.
